Lazy Mans Stirfry

5 minutes prep time, 10 Minutes cook time, Serves 1

Items required:

-1 tsp. of Olive Oil

-1 cup of Chopped Broccoli

-1/2 cup of Chopped Carrots

-1 Egg

-1/2 cup Chopped Spinach

-1/4 of a Sliced Onion

– 3 oz. Chopped Tofu or Chicken

-1 small Finely Chopped Habanero Pepper (optional)

-1 clove Finely Chopped garlic

– 1/4 tsp. Ground mustard

– 1/4 tsp. chicken bouillon

 

-Parmesan Cheese for Garnish

Instructions:

-Put the olive oil in a skillet at medium temperature and allow it to heat.

– Place all ingredients except for the egg and Parmesan cheese into the pan. allow them to cook while stirring constantly. about 5 minutes

-Once the ingredients in the skillet are cooked thoroughly add the egg and mix it around into the other ingredients (You will begin to see that the egg has cooked as though it has been scrambled)

-Place ingredients on a plate and garnish with a small amount of Parmesan cheese.

-ENJOY!
